First run into while travelling with the Prince, he's a member of the Namgung clan of the Savanna, who lost his honor when Lucky Chang ran his bet against them.
He is one of Lucky Chang's enemies, who was signified by the Hunter's Map; he seems to have been recruited into Cai Wen's thwart-Lucky-Chang group. For a while, he was stashed at the dojo of Masters Fu, Kangjon, and Hwa in the Savanna of Tears.
Near the end of book 2, he went on a scouting run to check out Lucky Chang's estate near the Port of Auspicious Voyage in the Hon'eth Arcade. (ZCW: Need to check in with him after the first run of next book.)
