Yang Shen-Ji believes that corruption points seem to be an attempt (or a measure of success of an attempt) to tie someone's chi to the barbarian lands of the north, and to the rules of that land.
Xiao Fa is able to remove corruption points. It's about 1 point per success for him, as long as the agent of corruption is no longer alive to resist the effect.
