Eternal Redoubt

An earth sorceror who was in the Municipal Sorceror competition in Yang Shen-Ji and the Goblet of Fire. His attempts at bribery were thwarted by Cai-Wen, so his soul was not sent to the World Below. We ran into him later in Fruit Fight; he is a member of the Elemental Braid.
