Fu Manchu

Founder of the Si Fan, a private spy organization, and also once the proprietor of the Fu Bar and Noodle House, which has since been renamed many times and is now The Cup Of Five Virtues. His portrait hangs in the main room at the Five Virtues, bestowing a variety of blessings upon those who visit the tea house, after the reading of his will in Noodles of Fu Manchu.

Fu Manchu's nephew, Fu Guozhi, is better known to the party as Inspector Fu. Manchu and his younger brother Jian (Guozhi's father) had a bitter falling-out and had nothing to do with each other as adults.

Fu Manchu's children (three of them, at least) are in the Si Fan.
