Great Wave Tseng

A water sorceror in the City of Light. He is apparently the nemesis of Yuwen Fire-Eye. His shadow was one of the ones stolen by an agent of Mola Ram during Shadows and Light. Widely known for being instrumental in the Great Poker Game Fiasco in that run, wherein Wei Han and Shen-ji were captured by Tong bosses.
