Master Hao is a sorcerer known for his theoretical work, including ritual extension.
He was met during Tripartite III, in the tea house in Nine Terraces, where he spends his mornings. He is very invested in his current work with the Upward Line Association, making people Toe the Line.
He was open to changing the task of the association when it was pointed out he was working with Toro's guy to bring about one of the Signs.
