The capitol of the Savanna of Tears, the site of the Conclave in Sands of Blood.

The urchins here are actually reasonably well-fed - you can always get leftover rice, and some vegetables. (In general here, there's more plentiful plain food, and less fancy/interesting food than the coast. More veggies, less fruit.)

(Lijuan has tried to persuade the locals and visiting urchins to cooperate to mutual benefit during the Conclave.)
