Evil bad god of Southern badness and many arms. Mola Ram is her priest. Her cultists (and others?) have their deaths pledged to her, which creates a connection between their souls and her. At the moment of her death, the connection is "pulled" and the soul goes to Kali. Trying to "destroy the Cycle" and break the connection between the Empire and the Great Spirits so she can establish a direct connection with the people of the Empire.
