She appears in The Noon Fool as a potential moll/trap for Cai Wen. He turns her down, and she becomes less of a trap. Initially she says that her name is a thousand li, so we assume it is Shur Li, but it later turns out to be the nearly unpronounceable Millicent. She is one of The Light.
