Ni Junxian

A water sorceror who can sometimes be found at the Cup of Five Virtues. He wears a ring like that worn by Hsu Verity, which we think is a secret society ring. One of his research projects is figuring out if it's possible to have (or perhaps create) a spirit of a city or other man-made construct.
