A young woman from the Harbor of Fortunate Arrival, in the Hon'eth Arcade. She briefly accompanied Cai-Wen around the circus, then panicked when she saw Xiao Fa, was briefly restrained by Wei Han, and then stalked off. It would seem unlikely that Cai-Wen will get a second date with her.
