One of the three pagodas at the summit of Iron Mountain, it once housed Kar Fai (before he left), and more recently held Shan Tsu. As of the events of Monarch Butterfly, the pagoda was granted to Lucky Chang by Lord Yu due to a bet. It is believed this was an important part of the process that allowed the Marked to change the name of the country from Bear Mountain to Iron Mountain.
