The capital city of the Roof of the World, the Reflected City is on the shores of Mirror Lake, the source of the Jasmine River; it is reached from the north by traveling through the Veiled Pass. The Steward's Citadel is here, as well as the High Temple of the Meihua Sannong; the Order of Uplifted Tranquility is a little ways down the river.
The Peace of the Lake, also known as the Steward's Peace, causes a curse of Banishment to fall upon anyone who commits violence within sight of Mirror Lake. Three Sentinels hold Talismans that shield them against the Banishment; they are responsible for all law enforcement that involves thumping people.
