Sei-Lin is a Tiger thief from the Plains of Honor. He was assigned by the King to work with us to try to recover the Tiger Talisman, that had been stolen by ninja from the Hand on the Sword of All Clans, at the behest of the [[Cartogramancer]]. That mission completed, he returned to the Plains. More recently, he traveled with the Circus for a time, and is currently (10/20/16) missing, doing something involving the Keepers of the Hoard.
