Sei-Lin is a Tiger thief from the Plains of Honor. He was assigned by the King to work with us to try to recover the Tiger Talisman, that had been stolen by ninja from the Hand on the Sword of All Clans, at the behest of the Cartogramancer. That mission completed, he has returned to the Plains. Played by Charles.
