Odd way of choosing
It's been pointed out that this is a decidedly odd way of choosing a commander for the wall. Given that the Marked do not always work in concert, I'm guessing that the Bureaucrat has imposed this mechanism: it extends his reach further into the Dragon Army and inhibits - without completely preventing - the Warlord putting his own choice directly in place. --Ringrose 16:26, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
