Finally, so as to avoid making GM rulings about who has which talisman at any given time during puttering, or race conditions based on who sends us mail first, we're going to claim
- Between runs, the Butterfly Talisman is held by Takanata and the Magpie Talisman is held by Li Merit, and people who want to use it should talk to them
- Each talisman can only be used by one person per puttering
