Another potentially convertable spider is the spouse of the master of levies in the Steppes. Actually, I have a sinking feeling that many of the 'does all the work' spouses in the Steppes might be spiders, but I didn't have enough time to go waving my shtick at all of them. Also, is there any possibility that a good Astrological dossier on the target might help? It seems like it should idealogically, but I could see the GMs not wanting to fiddle with their mechanic to allow for it.
