A bard who we have encountered several times in the Tanzhe Plain, starting soon after the House of Exuberant Interference leapt into the trap of taking it over.
His aspect screams "Monkey", according to Yanyu's senses.
He always rolls 12 successes, as far as we've seen.
Takanata's connection sense says that he has a powerful Monkey artifact, and Shen-ji says that his lute is quite powerful.
He can be relied upon to mock anyone who is in authority, usually with enough effect to cause at least a B-minus-plot worth of trouble.
