The Upward Line Association was met during Tripartite II and Tripartite III.
They have set up the town of Shrouded Pond as a company town, where everyone Toes the Line. This is a moneymancy or maybe corporateomancy? ritual, which is a licensed sub-ritual of Ezokin's work.
The three board members were discovered to be:
- Hao Hento the sorcerer
- Cheon Soo Mi, Toro's guy
- Lai Shanlee of the House of Onyx
They were working to build a river-like canal which would fulfill a Sign of Toro when we met them. They have been diverted to build a one-adjective manor for Shuyan.
