To sign snarky comments, you can use three twiddles (name only), or four twiddles (name and timestamp), to automatically insert a signature:

If you're using the standard wiki editor, then the second button from the right, with the squiggle on it, is a signature, which automatically pastes in two dashes and four twiddles:
