The Southron god of Death and Artifice. Cut a deal with Spiral and Swiftgreen, the demon and spirit at Dutiful Serenity in the Jade Taiga, resulting in the town's dead souls going to him instead of the Bureaucracy After. After Children of the Bamboo, the party broke this deal up.
He currently seems to be wandering around the Empire.
