While gambling in Daizhou, Cai Wen heard tell of "...the blockade runners having a good time", but as Daizhou isn't actually a port, all he got here is rumors. Hoping that we go through a port next run so this can be followed up.

He also heard of a woman named Malkoha, who is a successful (and supposedly retired) gambler, who he hopes to cultivate as a teacher at some point. He doesn't know much except that she's into opera, and a guy who (maybe) learned from her is neither into bluffing, nor very susceptible to it.
