An urchin in the Harbor of Fortunate Arrival, Bobby Li is touched by one of the demons that was part of Toro's rebellion that started to appear in Fruit Fight. He seems to be touched by a demon of Awesomeness, or perhaps Excellence. He may be a rival of Lijuan for the title of Ruler of the Urchins.
