House Tsai

The second son of this house in the Forest of Chin was the mediator who failed to prevent the eruption of open hostilities between House Zhen and House Sung a couple of years pregame. His services are no longer required by the Warlord, but he can stand up to Zhu Cai Wen in a conversation.
