Inokora Izumi

Former Dragon Army officer and acquaintance of Wei Han's. She argued with Commander Lo Ping before his demise, and was discharged from the Army as a result. Xiao Fa checked her for northern corruption in Noodling About but found nothing of note.

Currently head of House Guards in the House of Exuberant Interference.
