Imperial Messenger who brought the Circus's summons to the Hidden City for a command performance in Unwelcome Invitation.
He ended up in a crate on a ship to the Port of Propitious Voyage. This mad plan was devised so that he would not be blamed for either failing to deliver his message or failing to escort the Circus back to the Hidden City.
Has a tattoo of a crane in flight on his arm.
