Gate of Shen is a small town at the border between the Hon'eth Arcade and the Qin Chao Steppes; at present it is in the Arcade. It had an amateur necromancer named Mu causing trouble in the past, and is currently being used by Ezokin for mysterious chaos things. Li Merit owns property here, and found some Merit's Encoded Message interesting loot in the basement.
The village elders here include Captain Shan, a retired soldier, and Gao Lin and Gao Lei conjoined twins and yak breeders.
