Gate of Shen

Gate of Shen is a small town at the border between the Hon'eth Arcade and the Qin Chao Steppes; at present it is in the Arcade. It had an amateur necromancer causing trouble in the past, and is currently being used by Ezokin for mysterious chaos things. Li Merit owns property here, and found some Merit's Encoded Message interesting loot in the basement.
