A criminal tong that specializes in opium smuggling, among other things, based in the north of the Hon'eth Arcade. They tried to make inroads to the Butterfly Kingdom by opening a water-based teleport portal between a cave outside the Butterfly capital and a cave on the northern Arcade coast. They hate Deng Zhi-Hao, and were responsible for the breaking of Venerable Deng's legs, and Akimoto the Astonishing's legs later.

In a recent conflict between the League and the Circle of Spite over the Butterfly Kingdom, the Shadow weighed in on the side of the League.
