When designating something as an Inherent skill, is there a limit to breadth? I.E., if I fall in the water, and have to make a Swimming roll, but don't have Swimming, can I designate Outdoorsman or Athletics or Water as my inherent skill? --Xian 10:27, 4 May 2009 (EDT)

You can designate a high-breadth skill as an inherent skill. However, we would prefer that you choose a skill that already exists, rather than creating a new skill on the fly (such as "Water") before making your roll. --Boojum 11:24, 4 May 2009 (EDT)
