First run into while travelling with the Prince, he's a member of the Namgung clan of the Savanna, who lost his honor when Lucky Chang ran his bet against them.

He is one of Lucky Chang's enemies, who was signified by the Hunter's Map; he seems to have been recruited into Cai Wen's thwart-Lucky-Chang group.
