Destiny shtick that the Dragon revealed to Xiao Fa in the Spider's Citadel of teh World Above.
This shtick allows him to touch someone with no aspect who should have been a Dragon aspect and give them that aspect. He may also enter into spiritual combat with a Spider aspect and show that person what he or she would have been like as a Dragon. The success of the combat will determine how much the Spider aspect changes his or her ways.
Apparently it will go off Chi Mastery skill. Perhaps others. Will put notes here as they become known.
