Inspector Li

Li is a beat cop in the Harbor of Fortunate Arrival (and thus reports to the House of Benevolent Oversight). The party met her and her partner, Inspector Fung, in The Three Investigators. Li is a workaholic, working overtime to keep the mean streets of the Harbor of Fortunate Arrival a little less mean. Gifted with a truly remarkable collapsible spy-glass by Zhu Can Wen.
