Tai Sui

One of the most common nicknames for the Spirit of Timekeeping. In his offices in the Ministry of Time in the World Above, the President of Time maintains a staff of 60 lesser Tai Sui Spirits each with their own responsibility. There are twelve Month Dukes, each of whom is responsible for delineating one month of the Cycle, twelve Day Lords, each tasked with oversight of its own day of the Cycle, twelve Year Rulers, whose remits cover each year of the Cycle, twelve Hour Governors, and twelve Cycle Guardians. Presumably the President himself takes charge of regulating the Great Cycles and Great Great Cycles, although much is unclear.
